My goal is to start light form of yoga or qigong (one day).
I have started to cut sugar from my diet. I have replaced almost all juice and all soda (including diet soda) with tea and herbal infusions. I like to drink chamomile infusion, pepper mint and sometimes Turkish apple tea.
